savage model 12 vs. winchester model 70 coyote

hi there all, im in the market for a new varmint rifle. im trying to decide whether to get a savage model 12 bvss, or a winchester model 70 coyote, both in the .22-250. ive heard only good things about the savage, but not as many comments on the winchester. also is there a difference between the savage model 12 bvss, and the new low profile model 12? will the low profile be just as accurate? Also is a single shot very much more accurate than a non-single shot?

Also for a scope i was looking at the bushnell elite 3200 5-15x40 or the weaver v-classic 4-16x42. around $250 is my price range. thanks all
