noble model 60 h

i got a noble model 60 h in a trade and cant seem to find much info on this gun

how old is it?

can you buy new parts for this gun? (Stock,Forend,Etc)

what does the star and the X on the barrel mean?

Noble was in business between1946 and 1971, this companymanufactureda vairety of plain, utilitarian firearms. in general, these arms are all worth apporximately the same, that is, less than $200 in excellant condition.

I hope you didn't trade your Grade V Citori for it.

For parts try Numrich Gun Parts.
The star and the X? In school you got a star for being good and X marks the spot!!!!

after the trade was done i only had about 20 bucks in the gun so i think i did pretty well.

I have a High Standard "Pointer" 12ga. Went to Numrich to find parts. At the top of the parts list I found this info:
"Barrel is stamped on left side with one or more (*) which specifies barrel choke. * - full choke; ** - modified choke; *** - improved cylinder; **** - skeet bore."

Don't know if that applies to your gun but maybe you'll find the same kind of info on your parts list.
