Certainly very complete.
Have you looked up a Materials Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) on smokeless powder? I have never seen one,but I know that the manufaturer of a hazardus material has to provide one for each product.
This may give us a more concise explanation that is "Official".
I emailed Hodgdon for one,but I'm sure tht you could get a faster responce.
