Question Lyman .45 Shell Holder ?

I just talked to the customer service rep at Lyman. I wanted to order a new shell holder for a set of .45 Colt carbide dies my brother bought me.
The service rep told me the shell holder, #45A will fit: .45 ACP, .45 SUPER, .45 WIN MAG, .45 COLT, .45 SHEOFIELD, .454 CASULL.

Say WHAT?! Says I. Two different rim types, same shell holder? This don't make sense. But it is true. The rep assured me several times that the #45A will work with the listed rounds.

Has anybody here used this shell holder? Does it really work with rimmed, and rimless cases?
I ordered one anyway, they're cheap and my couriosity got the best of me.

Hi, J:
The rep was in the wrong column in the catalogue. A 45A is a trimmer pilot, not a shellholder. Sure it fits them all. Lyman uses a #2 shellholder for the ACP/Win Mag, #14B for the Schofield and #11 for the Colt/Casull.

Bye
Jack
