Scout pistol

I see where CVA has single shot pistol call the Scout, modeled after its rifle of the same name. I'm not sure how long it's been on the market, but if anyone has had any experience with it, I would appreciate a review of some sort.

Thanks,
Jeff

I picked up a Optima pistol back in the late winter, and I will start shooting it in a few weeks(garden comes first!). Both pistols are along the same lines, a BP pistol capable of big game at short ranges. I will post a review when I shoot it...please do the same. Interesting concept!! Good luck!

Oh, you might get more hits if you post this in the muzzleloader section

I could be wrong, but I think the Scout pistol is a centerfire weapon available in a couple of different pistol chamberings and one or more bottleneck traditional rifle chamberings.

The Scout V2 pistol and rifle are centerfire weapons; chambered in some impressive calibers like .35 Whelen, .243, .35 Remington and a threaded barrel .300 BLK. They seem to be currently out of production. I was considering getting the .357 Magnum pistol and extending the chamber for the .357 Maximum.
