A 7x57 RB cannot be safely rechambered to a larger cartridge - since that means you'd be into high-pressure rounds, like a 280 or 7mm mag of some kind.
Since they were built on Remington's smokeless action, though, one could be rebarreled for just about whatever BCPR-type round you'd prefer - and certainly the .45-70, once a quite common conversion, with companies like Numrich even selling conversion "kits", with barrels, etc.
