I have a C Sharps 75 in 38-55. When I traded into it there was a "Tube" scope of about 6X mounted in external adj. mounts, there are no maker marks anywhere or power marking on the scope, it is 32 1/2" long. the question I have is regarding the cross hair configuration, it has a fine verticle crosshair and two fine horizontal cross hairs, one being centered and the other about 1/4 the distance between center and bottom. I am at a loss as to the intended use/aplication of this configuration. Anybody out there familiar with this setup?

i believe the upper CH intersection is used for a short range zero; the lower CH at a longer range.

It would most likely be set up for a particular load and shooting game/distances.
