Remodeling the extractor and boring out and sleeving the breech block for a new firing pin tunnel would be the main tasks. I machined a new rimfire firing pin for my Dad's Walnut Hill one time, but have not done the conversion you speak of. I'm guessing your best bet is probably going to be someone on the Single Shot Rifle Association forums.
