Does Ruger still make SS #1?

Registered Users do not see the above ad.

I was just looking around Rugers web site and could not find a stainless Number 1 listed. I just bought a stainless/laminated Number 1 last Feb., had to speacal order it then, but it was listed on their web site. I was thinking about ordering one for my son.

I think they made a stainless/laminate Predator in the #1 for Lipseys. I think. While at the Ruger site, check the Lipseys rifles.

Why do some makers insist on a blinding, shiny polish on their SS guns? I've decided on a 460smith no. 1 and would like a SS but wish it was bead blasted or target gray. The polished SS looks like a mirror in a treestand!
