I'm not sure what you're asking. .
If you're thinking of converting a 94 to the 338 Win Mag cartridge, that won't work. The 338 Win Mag is much too long to work through a 94 action.
Are you thinking of necking the 375 Win case down to use 338 bullets? That's a bit more feasible. Remember, though, using a tube magazine in the 94, you need flat point or flex tip bullets- that requirement may limit bullet choices a bit.
I wonder if you might be better off to use the 356 Win as the parent case, and neck that down to 338 - I suspect the 356 case has a bit more case capacity than the 375 case does. The 94 Big Bore was chambered in both the 356 and 375, so feeding and the pressure of the cartridges should be feasible.
