Looking at a couple different bullet diameters 375 and 411 built on an 06 case. Taking all the headspace hype into account after some thought it occured that I could use the 240 weatherby case and eliminate the potential for a headspace problem. The case capacity is equal case head diameter is the same. Other than the case availability thing it seems a win win. Has anyone heard of or experienced this idea

Interesting. I'm not sure it would work for the .411, but the .375 looks doable. I might be inclined to start with the .284 Win instead though.
