Need 94 Barrels REPLACED - Help !!

I have 2 Win. 94 "Project" rifles I have just started on. Both are .30-30's , Post '64 and top-eject. They both have the standard 20" barrel on them and I would like to get them replaced. I do now have new 24" round and a new 26" half oct./half round for them. My question is - do you guys know any gunsmith who does this kind of barrel "replacement" (and I imagine the head-spacing would need to be cheked also) ?? I don't have an action wrench, headspace gages, etc. to do it here at home. The rest of the "project" work I plan to do myself. Thanks for any info./ recommendation you can make !!
