I was gonna say.
1st. I don't have a staircase to park under.
2nd. I don't think my Z71 Crew cab 4wd will fit under there, if I did have stairs.
3rd. He's obviously never seen my dear wife try to back into a space like THAT!

However. For a Mule, or a 4 wheeler, something small and NOT always in use, it is actually a good idea.
