Thanks & all respect forthose who served, (in any capacity)

Working for years in a VAMC, I never came across anyone who admitted to being a cook, clerk, motorpool, etc. Very many combat positions though. After computers we knew who was FOS. Stolen valor is rampant. Go to about any VFW hall & meet a Vietnam era tunnel rat who is 40 y/o or younger. I kept the swimming pool on base perfect.

While I am very proud of my military career and service, it's pretty easy to keep it to myself or only share some things with a very select few folks after having sponsored seven Wounded Warrior hunts now.

I'm in awe of all the very fine service members I've met because of those hunts and I'll close with a simple Thank You to those still at the job of protecting our freedoms. You are all heros to me.
