I am wondering if there is a reloading recipe for 7/8 oz 12 ga load using PB powder.

IMR, the manufacturer, does not list a 7/8 oz load for PB on their site - only 1 oz and heavier for PB powder.

Common sense would say that a lighter shot charge will work with the same powder charge. Perhaps a little smaller powder charge too but you want to avoid the wad sticking in the barrel. Often the primer alone without powder forces the wad and shot out of the barrel.
True, if you look at reloading data in general, it appears that as the shot charge goes up the powder charge goes down. But I'm not willing to recommend what you did because of liability concerns.

There is a single recipe in The ABCs of Reloading that is useful..it is for a 24 gram shot load. (That is 3% lighter than 7/8 oz. The difference is nine pieces of #8 shot)
Federal Gold Medal Hull. Federal 209A primer. WAA12SL wad. 20 grains of PB. 1152 fps.
