All the loading data that I have for 223 it says that the case length should be 1.760'' however all the brass that I was given is between 1.7500'' to 1.7560''. Is this okay to use? If I trim my brass to 1.750" would that still be safe to use as my reload or is all my brass trash? Thanks.

Hey guys, I found a good amount of Norma Brass for sale in a few different calibers I seem to be getting about 4-6 reloads with Norma, vs any other brand. Anyone else finding the same results? Would like to get your opinion on it.

Just wanted to spread the word! Found a good amount of brand new Norma brass with a couple caliber options for those in need! I'm not sure about you guys but I seem to get twice the amount of life with Norma as I do with any other brand. Usually 4-6 reloads!

Indoor range. Rule is you are expected to clean up your brass behind the firing line. To give you an idea how they are set up for brass collection: There are 3-4 small brooms with dust catchers all long enough to collect brass standing up. (Personally, I think the brooms don't work well on...

I recently bought a box of Herter's .243 ammo at Cabellas. The idea was to shoot them and then reload. I do this with other brands on a regular basis. They shot fine but where I went to reload them I found the brass had lengthen quite a bit and I had to really open up the primer pockets...

I was just wondering how often, if at all, I should fully resize my brass? I've got about 150 or so shells in rotation and they've been fired 5-6 times. I was in AZ this past weekend and a friend of mine gave some once fired brass so I went through all that brass and resized it. It got me to...

aI consider myself an intermediate level reloader. Can someone please confirm the importance of sorting brass and loading accordingly for maximum accuracy? I was shooting my .308 out to 300 yards with same bullet, seating depth, and charge and primer. The only thing that was not consistent...

I bought an AR-15 and am in the market for dies. I just want some opinions on whether to by small base dies or just the regular full length dies. How many loads can I expect out of brass when sizing with small base dies as opposed to full length and is it necessary to use a small base die?

Started back reloading after 20 years and I'm missing something here. My Mini 14 6.8mm shoots fine all day long with factory ammo and factory new brass I reloaded but brass that has been previously shot through the rifle before reloading often doesn't eject or stovepipes (about 1 shot in 3...

I was wondering if anyone, familiar with antique firearms, might recognize and be able to tell me something about this primer box. It is thin brass, compression fitting top and is quite worn. I found this in my grandfathers things after he passed. He had some items from his grandfather who was...
