I have a Ruger 10/22 Rifle and a Ruger Mark IV pistol. If I use CCI brand ammo I have no issues with either gun. If I use any other brand of ammo, in either gun, I get a jam about every third or fourth shot. Anybody else having this issue?
What are the most important things affecting accuracy on a 10/22? Trigger... barrel... bolt face square to barrel... chamber... anything else, without getting into the realm of cubic dollars? Id like to make my squirrel gun as accurate as it can reasonably be as an off the shelf rifle.
I was shooting my new Ruger 10/22 and noticed that the cross hairs in the scope were rotating whenever I would shoot the gun. Does anyone know how I can fix this? I can't properly sight in my gun now and I'm a little upset about it.
