Welcome to the forum. I'm going to move this to rimfire rifles topic where it might get some more focused attention.

Good luck with your search.

I don't know if Williams Gunsight makes a ghost ring sight or not but I've used the receiver sights they produce for a number of years. Take the screw-in eyepiece out and you've got a ghost ring sight. It's all I use on my 94 Winchester and I've used them on a couple of 10/22's. Sure can't fault them. Especially if you've got young eyes. I still have one on my 94 but have gone to scopes on my 10/22's. Getting old is a terrible thing. I'll go into my late years, kicking and screaming, but I'll go. So, I use scopes now. But try Williams. They have a web page. http://www.williamsgunsight.com/

Williams WGRS-RU22, available directly from Williams.

http://www.williamsgunsight.com/

A higher front sight will be needed, usually about .570" tall.

Williams sells two WGRS-RU22 SET, with a taller front sight - one a gold bead, and one a FireSight bead (pictured above)

The item # for the WGRS-RU22 = 1469 ($38.95)

The item # for the WGRS-RU22 SET (bead) = 44565 ($49.95)

The item # for the WGRS-RU22 SET (FireSight) = 63330 ($49.95)
