I'll tell you what I know, we've had numerous reports from customers using our 10mm 200g FNGC bullet out of 10mm's of various configurations on game ranging from hogs, black bear, javelina and both whitetail and mule deer. All reports have been excellent, with praises both for the gun and bullet.
As with any firearm/cartridge combination taken afield, bullet selection along with bullet placement are everything. I don't think that it would be my tool of choice for anything much larger than the game listed above, but within those perameters it's a great tool of harvest for those who like the guns chambered for the 10mm.
We must keep in mind that the 10mm when handloaded pretty well matches factory ballistics of the .41 Magnum and even factory loads are the equal to the old .38-40 which killed all manner of North American game.
