Chronographed 3 of the 200 gr hardcast loads, they were 1200, 1199, 1201 FPS respectively

Nice pistol, jwp475. I didn't know SA made the Elite in 10mm, Compact OSP 3.8" excepting. Did you swap out the magwell piece? Is this a new model?

No, I haven't changed any parts. I purchased the pistol off of Gunbroker just as you see it.
