I would like to know if anyone has load data for 130 gr. LSWC for .38 special and .357 magnum. None of my books have anything. I would like to try this in my club's bullseye matches at the 50 yard line. I have a go load for the 25 yard line. Do you think the 130 gr. will be good at 50 yards. I haven't had much luck with 148 DEWC and 158 LSWC's at 50 yards so I thought I give the 130 gr. a try. Thanks, everyone.

I've used a 140 grain SWC

I began to use a Saeco 140 grain SWC that looked, once it was seated in the case, just the 150 grain SWC. I was competing in an indoor bullseye league and we had to use SWC or RN so as to not tear up the lead splash curtain.
Any way I sized the bullets at .3585, lubed with LBT Blue and loaded them on top of 4.5 grains of Bulleye or 4.5 grains of 231 in 357 cases. Works like a charm out of my 6 inch Python and my 4 inch mod. 28.

PS
I also used the culls from this mold and made 135 grain basegard bullets using my Corbin swaging set up. Used the powder charge, etc and the bullets were sized .3585.
