Decieded I have to have one of these beauties, called my local gun shops and no one has any yet.  

I need it in case mean Bears ever come to Aurora Illinois.

I saw one at a gun show here in North Idaho, for about &#36600 dollars as I recall. So they are out there! You just have to find one. It was definitely a beautiful rifle, nice balance. Good luck on your search. What I am looking for is a Marlin 336A, but that's another story....    ID
