I have a Springfield 1911A1 with Bo-Mar sights. The rear sight has become so loose in the dovetail I can slide it back and forth. What is the best method for me to secure the sight?
If yours is like mine, you have a setscrew under the leaf. Turn your elevation screw up until it's out of the base and flip the leaf up. The setscrew is very small and takes a 1/16" Allen wrench. If there's no setscrew, Loctite works.
