Anyone know where to rent or buy a receiver tap for the Enfield? 1.125"-10 square thread? Thanks in advance.

There is no such thing that I know of. Those threads were milled, not tapped. A tool to clean up a receiver could be made on the lathe.
Did someone weld up a hole without a backer? A stub of old barrel can be made into tap enough to clean it up by milling a cutting edge, chip clearance and case hardening.
Back in my GS school days, 1917 barrels were .50 cents each. We learned all sorts of things on one barrel.
