I am getting back into bench rest shooting after being out of it for 10 years. My target rifle is a winchester model 70 in 22-250.

Back in the day if I didnt reload my own ammo I bought the winchester supreme in a 52g HPBT which would regularly give me sub moa groups at 200 yards.

Have they stopped producing this specfic ammo? I have searched and not seen it anywhere. I was hoping to get some but might have to get back into reloading if I cant find it anymore.

Dammit that means I have to get myself a bench press again....tax refund is around the corner.

Get back to reloading. The time you spend on it will keep out of trouble anyway. ;)

Would the neo-fascists in CA even let you shoot that ammo, if you could find it?
Yea there is nothing special about it.

Hollow point boat tail
Lead core

I fear that Winchester stopped making it in favor of those new silver tip watch the varmint blow up kind of bullets, which I have no idea if they will be any better or worse that what I was using for my taget shooting in the past.
