Just came across some Barnes 250 gr.X bullets but am having a hard time finding load data for them. The only data I can find tops out at 27,000 cup pressure with the resulting low velocity. As the Marlin Guide gun is capable of handling up to 40,000 cup pressure, that should result in a large increase in velocity ( the Marlin 450 is capable of 44,000 and delievers 2500 fps at at 40,000 cup). This kind of performance is what I'm hoping for. If any of the readers out there know of such info or have developed loads of their own I would appreciate hearing about it. Thanks in advance and good shooting to you all. dgang  Read that Hornady is producing a 250 gr. bullet sized .458, any truth in that? Wish Beartooth would do the same<!--QuoteBegin--></span><table border="0" align="center" width="95%" cellpadding="3" cellspacing="1"><tr><td>Quote </td></tr><tr><td id="QUOTE"><!--QuoteEBegin-->[/quote]
