Although I haven't specifically used the 120g LFNGC in the .32 H&R cartridge, I have used the 115g FNGC extensively.
My data shows that WC820 is somewhere between W296/H110 and Li'l Gun in burning rate in this class cartridge.
Thus being said, I have found that the load listed below is near max with the 115g FNPB bullet.
BTB .313"-115g FNGC/10.1g WC820/WSPP/Starline Brass/1246 fps
In looking at my data, I would suspect (without actually testing your bullets), that your 9.5g WC820 with the 120g LFNGC bullet is also very near the top end of the prudent pressure envelope as well. If it aint broke, don't fix it! Sounds like a nice load, and if you need more power, go to a larger cartridge, and enjoy the .32 H&R for the sheer shooting pleasure it offers!
God Bless,
Marshall
