I just want to second what Jim Lambert said. You should have no trouble holding 1300 fps with H-110/296. If you go back and archive information on this bullet you will find some good loads and the exceptional reputation it has for big game.
My accuracy load with this bullet is 21.0g H110/W296, WLPP and Remington Brass. It will get you close to the 1300 fps mark and be very accurate... in all guns I've tested and with all reports from customers trying this load. It truly makes the .44 a sledgehammer!
