looking to use 270g TSX out of the Ruger Hawkeye Alaskan

The reason you've had no responses is the 375 Ruger is a bottleneck rifle cartridge 3.34" long, same length as .30-06. The Alaskan is a short barrel Redhawk revolver and its cylinder would be far too short for that round to fit into.

The Alaskan is available in .480 Ruger, which uses a 0.475" bullet. Is that perhaps what you were asking about?

there is also a Ruger hawkeye alaskan Rifle and it's chambered in 375 an 416 ruger, they have a 20" barrel. here is a link":

Ahh! My eyes skipped over "Hawkeye." In that case, the Hodgdon web site has a list of loads for a 270 grain jacketed Hornady SP bullet in the 375 Ruger. Knock those start and maximum loads down 5% for the longer and higher start pressure TSX at the same COL.
