I'm away from my reloading manuals right now; but, I think that the Accurate Arms manual lists loads for a 250 grn cast lead bullet. You might check there as it would at least provide a starting load that you could work up from.
Marshall also posted some 250 grn loads here in the past and you might find them on a search.
