Adjusting BC in an exterior ballistics program for best fit to the drop [email protected] given by BB and using their claimed MV's, the 350 comes up with a G1 (the usual kind) BC of about 0.235, as Purpledragon devined, but the same method gives the 405 a BC of only about 0.220. You expect the reverse, since they have the same nose form. The reason for the error is drop [email protected] are not a very precise way to figure this in the first place, and the drops are only given to the nearest inch. For example, broken into steps, the 405 BC would be just .175 to get the 4" drop they claim between 100 and 150 yards, while the 350 would have a BC of .290 to get the 3" drop they claim for it over that same range. That's not plausible. The drop [email protected] apparently have rounding error, and I expect the MV does, too. In your shoes, I would round up the average and give them both a BC of .23 until proved otherwise.

Sorry for the funny spelling of the word t-a-b-l-e-s. The correct characters were triggering the system error code in this post.
