I have tried Titegroup in 44 and 45 colt with good results.  I tried two loads in the 454 with a 255 swc bb. 9.5 grains didn't work well, but 10.5 seemed to tighten up fairly well around 4 inches at 75 yards, but I haven't been back to try again.  Hodgdon's lists 11.2 as a max for nosler 250 at 36000 cup.  I like this powder it seems to give good accuracy and very cost efficient as it sells for around &#3613 - 15 per pound retail.
