(9mm I admit is a bit finicky, but truth be told I lucked into a mould that turns out fantastic results on the other hand I have a couple of moulds that are a challenge. I had a P38 that was average and a couple of Lugers that performed quite well. The best 9mm I have had so far is the SIG P226X6 and the SIG P210 as runner-up. All handle my cast 125 grain SWC from Mountian Moulds quite well
The answer to most of my troubles was a 124 gr Truncated Cone with a gas check .
I cast from rather soft bhn 8 alloy and the gas check allows seating w/o making the bullet smaller in dia. and allows velocities in the 1,000 to 1,200 fps range w/o leading .
It is the NOE 358-124-TC-GC sized .357" ...that one is a winner .

The only cast I've ever loaded that fed and shot in 9mm handgun is cast round nose powder coated. 115 gr. and 124 gr. They shot good but, I tried swc cast with wide nose. Didn't work at all. Needed feed ramp polished a lot.
