I guess

we are better in a situation like my daughters. She has paid for health insurance. She had an issue which required surgery. The insurance company refused to pay. Dr's wrote letters attesting to the need for the surgery but that it was not necessary to remove her ovaries. She's 28 when this happened. Two years later, the fight for payment continues. The hospital met her at the door with a credit card. What do you think the interest rate on that card is? My neighbor who just lost her husband to cancer was just given a bill for $120k. She is elderly, infirm, a heartbroken widow who is about to loose what little she has left. Look around your neighborhood. It is filled with the same stories. Insurance companies employ sales people and attornies...period! I don't think you will have to worry about it though. Now that we have unlimited funding by corporations and foreign governments of our election process I suspect that the next election cycle will rescind this bit of good government. I wonder where our friends from China & Russia will put their money.

The quest for health care started back with Teddy Roosevelt. 100 yrs later, maybe it will arrive.

On a personal note, thank you for your service to our country!
