I've got a 40 degree 35 Whelen Ackley. What % additional water case capacity does it have? I'd like to get this right for QuickLoad purposes.

The 35 Whelen (standard) has 71 grains of case capacity. If you have a case for your 40 degree AI, resize it with the decapping pin removed and then weigh the case. Fill it so the water is level with the case mouth and weigh it again. Subtract the empty weight from the weight when full and you've got your capacity. With Improved or wildcat cartridges, it is better to test this yourself, versus asking for what someone else has found, as YMMV.
