I'd start around 4.0 gr on the 95 gr bullet and work up, no more than 4.8 gr.

The 124 gr bullet would be started at 3.5 gr. and up to 4.0 gr if I were loading this powder.

Alliant's free handout guide for 2010 doesn't list a 90-gr bullet in the 9mmLuger. But for the 115 Speer GDHP, they show a max of 5.4 AmSel.

For a 124 GDHP, they show a max of 5.0 gr AmSel. Reduce both by 10% to begin.

Trivia item No 14c: American Select is the only single-base powder made by Alliant.

I want to use American Select with my Sierra 125gr JHP Bullets. It is the only powder that I am able to find and that I have. What are the max/min loads that should be used. Help is appreciated.

Welcome to the forum, take some time to read the "stickies" in each forum.
Next, pay attention to the dates of threads. This one started and ended more than a decade ago.

If you want load data, look it up from the folks selling it.
Cheers
