I forget the name of the stuff. The Triton company sold a similar centerfire bullet for a while. I saw the 22 work really well in galllon milk jugs of water. The guy who invented the Hydroshok also invented this 3 pc bullet.
CCI makes a "segmented hollow point" that breaks into three pieces on impact. They offer it in 32 and 40 grain weights. You can find all the info for it on their web site.
