What About......

May I ask,is the twist rate in the 357mag NEF conducive to the heavier bullets going somewhat faster outta the 357 Max.

The NEF 357 interests me also in that I have a grunch of 38special and mag loaded rounds. And the Max could make a great close range deer/hog round for the wife. Any problem with putting the specials down the chamber of a max as long as you kept it clean ?? ----pruhdlr

I looked around a little and found that NEF offers two of these models. One with wood and one with Ryanite and 18.75 and 22" bbl. Which will be your project gun ??

If Mike Bellm recommends a "smith",that would most certainly be good enough for me. ----pruhdlr
