I'm thinking about spending time in Arizona. This is Jan-April 2007. I have no interest unless the coyote hunting is worthwhile. The maps look good. Is it possible to hunt coyotes on some of the reservations at a reasonable fee? I'm looking more at the southern half of the state that time of year. Any help would be appreciated.

Indian Res. hunting is an expensive proposition. You would be better off on BLM/Nat'l Forest lands.

Lots of ranchers are willing to let varmit hunters in on their property if asked.

Coyotes are present state wide. (Heck, we even have them running the golf course behind my house!) Shouldn't be much of a problem finding them. Be sure to purchase a non-res. hunting license, though. Will be in deep doo-doo if not.
