This is one of a few I've seen, and it's fortunate that the things typically blow out the top, and not down through the hand. Looks like the recoil plate was near to coming off the left side. That would suck. Hope nobody was hurt.
Hope nobody was hurt. What's astonishing to me is it looks like three rounds went off at once (assuming the one lined up with the bore did, too). How was that accomplished? High primers, maybe? If you have the data, it would be interesting to know what powder and what primers were involved?
