I shoot pigs to evaluate ballistic performance. Might not be the most consistent shot-to-shot medium, but tastes better than 50 gallons of Jell-o with bullet fragments in it..... and the game wardens don't give you funny looks like they do when you tag the Jell-O and bring it to the check station....

I thought that's why pigs were invented also.

The last week-end of season I had one guys that was just dying to shoot a hog. The bigger the better. He didn't get one but his friend shot two.
Anyway, the first guy's business was managing a hog slaughter house in Oklahoma. 1600 pigs a day and all he wanted to do was shoot a pig.

Go figure!
