Banned, rebanned, then unbanned.

Since you are tracking my computer somehow, and banned me this AM, then immediately un-banned me, please do me the kind favor of re-banning me. Your site has not evolved since I was unfairly banned (in fact has deteriorated), Mike G flat-out-lied about my post to him when he banned me (by default prohibiting me from posting the truth thereafter) - and I haven't seen a topic I am even remotely interesting in participating in.

I only signed up because I thought I could connect with a user from the previous episode, and did not notice that he too was banned. Had I noticed he had been banned I never would have signed up.

The quicker you do this the happier it will make me.

Relax a little R.S. You seem a little harsh (to me).

It seems a moderator or two (or more) made a judgment call of some kind in the past in regard to your activity on this board.
The moderators here have purdy obvious opinions and politics here just as all of us do. You included!

Your post above reads like you have just moderated this board by permanently "banning" it (shooters forum) from your favorite web pages.
True or not? If true, what purpose for shooters forum to "ban you back"?

Other than that, nice to meet ya.

Your site has not evolved since I was unfairly banned (in fact has deteriorated)....I haven't seen a topic I am even remotely interesting in participating in.
And yet, you keep returning to it....

....Since I was unfairly banned.....Mike G flat-out-lied about my post to him when he banned me.
No, he didn't.
You ignored the rules which you gave your word to abide by, in order to create an account here. When you were given some time off(multiple times) to decide if you were interested in actually honoring those commitments, you decided obscenity laced messages to the staff was how an adult responds to being held accountable for breaking the rules. You were incorrect.

I only signed up because I thought I could connect with a user from the previous episode, and did not notice that he too was banned. Had I noticed he had been banned I never would have signed up.
So you have now gone through the registration process twice. Which means on two separate occasions, you were shown the Rules and the TOU. You were then given the option to attest to having READ and agree to them, in order to create an account here; or to decline and move along.
So either you lied about reading them, or you choose to ignore them; either path is unacceptable, and why you were banned multiple times under your original username.

Forums are a reading-based form of communication. Those who either cannot, or chose to not do so; will not enjoy their time here.

The rules and TOU are presented during registration, they are also posted in multiple locations throughout the forum; to be re-read at anyone's leisure.

To recap the rules you attested to reading and agreed to abide by multiple times:
There is ZERO tolerance for political rants. There is no room for those who personally attack other members. There is ONLY one account per person, not multiple registrations. And there is no public criticism of moderation decisions, or any other operational choices which do not concern the general membership; as far as the purpose of the forum.

This is the Shooters forum.
It's not the political pontification forum. It's not the 'Vent about how a forum you neither fund, nor contribute to; operates" forum. And it's not the forum for updating the world on your yardwork challenges.

We are all intimately aware that with time, the vicissitudes of life strip many of their literacy and civility. While this fact of life can be a difficult pill for many to swallow, it doesn't exempt them from the rules of the forum.
Your membership to this forum under both usernames has by thine own hand, been revoked.
