I've found some load data on line that references the Barnes 85 gr XBTC for most of their powders for 243 WIN loads, but only one powder is listed for the 85 gr TSX.

How different are these two bullets? Should the same starting and max loads apply to both?

hard to say as one bullet is coated and the other has the relief grooves... me personally i'd use the same data for both... they are obviously both the same weight so i'd just work up slow...
