I have been reading up on some rules and see that you pretty much have to shoot about 20 bullets straight in competition. In my experience shooting, it takes about 10 shots or less for my barrel to foul and then my group deteriorates. I have looked at the blow tubes, but I was wondering does anyone clean their rifle after every shot or do these blow tubes work that well.

joel, typically in a silhouette match fouling is dealt with in 2 ways 1) blow tubing 2) wipeing
I favor wiping when I shoot and use a mixture of water soluable cutting oil at 20-1 mix, I soak patchs and wring out till just damp a flexable nylon rod and nylon bore brush and patch you'll have time to clean between relays, but not shots, between shots wipe
