Are .303 British Enfield rifles in the famed (Mk. 1, 2, and 3 SMLE)
series still available in very good to excellent condition? What are
the current price ranges for them?

Most sincerely,

It depends

Most of the British Enfields I have seen recently were No.1 Mark III (WWI) and No. 4 Mark I (WWII) rifles and prices vary widely depending on condition. The hang tag prices are in the $150.00 to $250.00 range in the gun shops I visit. I bought a mint Canadian Long Branch No. 4 last week for $220,00. There are websites that list Enfields and a search will reveal what is available and the prices. Hope this helps. Take care...

Thank you sir. You have been most helpful. I, like you, am looking
for a mint .303 Enfield at a reasonably fair price. Many of them
are accurate and the round is relatively close to the .30-06 in
overall performance.

Kindly,

If your interested in a Brand New lee Enfield, Check out Owen Guns in Australia, Ron is selling brand new Australian International Arms M10 rifles in various models.

These rifles are Nice looking rifles in the style of our SMLE, one with the short woodwork SMLE Jungle Carbine, but all are chambered for 308 win.

Worth a serious look if a smellie is your thing, brand spankers that look like a Lee Enfield but in a more usefull 308.

Nice looking rifles, brand new.
