What is ideal drop at 1k yards? I figured ideal is 300 wby. I used a ballistic. Calculator came up with 180 gr accubond @3300 fps. Drops 233" at 1k . It has a bc of 507. I. Ouldnt find any 458 bullets with a .500 +bc I been wanting to test [] various 460 wby data against the fast 30 cals at 1k

Without doing some detailed research, I'd think the 6.5 STW, possibly the 7 STW/7 RUM and the .338 RUM and Lapua would all be equal or superior to the .300 Wby.
The .416 Barret, of coures, kinda makes them all look silly. But that's a horse of an entirely different color.
