Within last 3 months, Gent I shoot with on a regular basis, had to send in two Burris Fullfield IIs for warranty work about one month apart. First one's internals too damaged to fix, new scope returned to him. Second FFII that wouldn't hold zero was repaired. Scope's owner had several conversations with Burris when the scopes there for warranty......happy with how Burris people dealt with him and thought the turn-around time on getting scopes back was satisfactory.
