I propose to retire a well used Tasco PDP 3 red dot and fit a Burris speed dot to a REMINGTON 870.
The present Weaver side mount will be removed. Thus I will fit the Burris using the supplied stock to receiver ring mounting bracket. I also note optional 1/8" and 1/4" risers are available.

I seek feedback comment from users of this product.

Don't have the sight with the shotgun mount, but have one on a Ruger MkII .22LR pistol. Looked at a half dozen or so similar sights before deciding on the Burris. It is a great, lightweight and compact unit supplied with adjustment tools for precise targeting.
