I ordered the wrong cal. and need to send back. The post office is a lot closer than UPS. I can't find anything in the online regulations that specify bullets. I know that live ammo is not allowed.

Thanks

As far as I know, just bullets may be shipped by USPS. The board's owner ships his cast bullets all the time via USPS Priority Mail.

Yesterday, I sent an empty cartridge case to Norway. Had to fill out a form at the P.O. stating what it was and pay $1.44 postage, which included a $5 insurance fee. Nothing to it.

As long as the postman can pick them up they will go.

Yep you can mail them. The only worries with mailing bullets is you can't send them to individuals in certain states or localities for that matter but in these cases they couldn't be sent by any carrier.
