content of inner case neck lube ?

Other than the dry powder lube, has anyone
figured out what the lube is that goes
on wet and then dries so as to not contaminate
the powder in the cartridge ?

I was thinking maybe a wax disolved in a solvent that evaporates ?

If I knew the names of several I would try to look them up in the
federal MSDS database ( Material Safety Data Sheet ?)

Hornady One-Shot is a spray lube I use to lube the outside of cases and inside the necks. Dries quickly and doesn't seem to bother the powder.

Many are too tacky for easy wicking into powder. Bear in mind that waxy lube on cast bullet bases don't usually bother a load either, except for the grains actually stuck to the base lube. Dry lube is either motor mica, graphite, or molybdenum disulphide powder. If by going on wet and drying, you are referring to Lee case lube, all I can tell you is that I read that Lee found it in the automotive industry. So look for a white water-cleanup lube there? It is Lee product #9006. I don't see an MSDS for it on line, but you could call the company and request one.
